1.Directs ,manages all actiivities and services which are services relateed to the HR Division. 2.Provides leadership to the division in addressing to role of HR in changes in the organization. 3.Prepares,controls and monitors HR's general fund budget,internal service funds and other funds as assigned. 4.Monitors and coordinates employee disciptinary actions,grievance and HR matters. 5.Eatablish and implement short-and long-range department goals,objectives,policies,and operating procedures. 6.Create company strategic recruitment and selection plan. 7.Develop and coordinate grievances and mediate workplace disputes. 8.Recommend and maintain an organizational structure and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses. 9.Develop and manager annual budget for the division and perfoam periodic cost and productivity analyses. 10.Evaluate procedures and technology solution to improve human resources,death,disability and unemploymeant. 11.Direct the administration of benefit programs to cnclude health,retirement,death,disability,and unemployment. 12.Create company strategic training and organizational developmeant plan tomeet personal professionaland organizational needs of company employees.
