หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Responsibilities & Roles:
Manage and strengthen the company’s overall brand through all social media accounts, creating content in both Thai and English.
Responsible for service providers’ database expansion and service providers’ recruitment.
Implement marketing and advertising campaigns.
Design flyers, videos, or banners and other related graphics.
Keep updated about market and social trends to find new digital opportunities.
Create promotions and services packages to drive sales
Measure and report on digital marketing campaigns and use the data to improve the services to gain new customers.
Maintain customer loyalty programs. ( Gifts/discount/Voucher for loyalty customers who are Membership).
Other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields
Experience in content management, copywriting, advertising concepts and digital marketing (google ads, facebook ads, SEOs, etc.)
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
Ability to work independently, and organized with an ability to multitask, prioritize and work to tight deadlines
Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles
Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in both Thai and English
