หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Provide roadmap of an internal communication and team engagement activities and monitor all activities to be delivered as plan
2. Initiate new activities /or new channel for the effective communication with team
3. Engage Ops employee with various activities & high satisfaction rating score
4. Design contents for the internal communication concerning 3 key objectives: Innovation, Knowledge sharing and Financial Literacy and keep updating business directions / strategies to employee
5. Create new activity to boost up collaboration across function
6. Motivate employees, design and set up R&R to improve team morale and reduce staff attrition rate
7. Estimate yearly budget and control inventory stock for all activities and report to related parties
8. Coordinate with HR, Admin, SHE and C&PA to support communications and company activity as requested
9. Support special projects as requested
10. Fulfill other work assigned by management and support business new initiatives


Work Location: BAY Rama 3 (Head Quarter), Bangkok

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields
- 3 years experienced in Credit Card or Retail Banking business or 3 years’ experience in HR department
- At least 1 year experience in communication and public relations field
- Quality writing and communication skills
- Demonstrate high level computer literacy skills e.g. Ms.office,Photoshop and video clip tools
- Good communication and good relationship skills
- Analytical thinking skills, problem solving & Negotiation skills
- Able to travel to upcountry for site survey, team building and other group activities (upon requested)
