หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Prepare tax documents and submit the report tax and P.N.D. 1,3,53,54, PP.30, PP.36, PND.50, PND51.
Prepare month - end closing, reconciliation, budgeting and expense
Responsible for coordinating with related stakeholders i.e. Bank, Suppliers etc.
Prepare payment transactions for domestic and international.
Upload Bank statement daily
Store payment reports including receipts
Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow reports for management or head of accounting
Contact with external institutions on matters related to operations
Prepare supplier bills for payment by checking and administration in the company system
Administrating Withholding tax
Performs All account payable transactions, Bookkeeper, Output Vat report
Performs / Review account receivable transactions and issue the invoices / tax invoice
Supervise day to day accounts receivable operation and month end closing
Performs all account reconciliations with money received, VAT
Recheck the accurate of stock and inventory
Other tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting
At least 3 years of work experience in all accounting functions and taxation.
Strong knowledge in Thai accounting standards and custom regulations
Ability to communicate and write proficiently in English is preferred
A self starter with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
Good computer skills with knowledge of Xero accounting software a plus
Well-organised and the ability to constantly improve processes
Highly responsible and you get along with people
proficient in Microsoft word and excel
