สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน : โครงการก่อสร้างโรงไฟฟ้า CELII Project (ประเทศกัมพูชา)
นิยามตำแหน่งงาน: 1. ทำหน้าที่ควบคุมและดูแลเครื่อง PWHT Machine
2. ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ต่างๆเข้ากับ Material ที่จะทำการ Pre-heat หรือ Post weld เช่น Thermocouple ,Heat Element, Insulation และเดินสายต่อเข้าเครื่อง PWHT Machine/Recorder
3. ควบคุมการทำงานเครื่อง Preheating and Post weld Heat Treatment ตาม Procedure
4. ปฎิบัติงาน Hardness test
รายงานให้แก่ : 1. วิศวกรที่ดูแลงาน ( Site Engineer)
2. ผู้ควบคุมคุณภาพและวิศวกรควบคุมคุณภาพ ( QC Inspector & QC Engineer)
3. บุคคลผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
รายละเอียดงาน : 1. ศึกษา Preheating and Post weld Heat Treatment Procedure ของแต่ล่ะ Project ที่ได้ปฏิบัติงาน
2. จัดทำแผนงาน Preheating and Post weld Heat Treatment รวมกับวิศวกรที่รับผิดชอบ
3. ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือก่อนปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานโครงการหรือมาตรการเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
4. ปฏิบัติงาน Preheating,Post weld Heat Treatment และ Hardness test ตาม Schedule ที่ได้วางแผนไว้
5. เก็บบันทึกข้อมูลในแต่ล่ะ Joint ที่ปฏิบัติงานแล้วส่งต่อข้อมูลให้ QC Section ออกเป็น Report
ทักษะ : 1. มีความรู้และทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษ ในการอ่าน เขียน พูด ในระดับปานกลาง
2. มีความรู้และทักษะด้านโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น
3. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบไฟฟ้าและเครื่องกลเบื้องต้น
4. ผ่านการทำงานควบคุมเครื่อง PWHT มาไม่น้อยกว่า 2ปี
