Job Description

Dealing with customers
Checking in customers
Answering customer enquiries
Sending emails and keeping records
Using the booking system
Process payments
General cleaning duties
Helping other staff where needed.

Other Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance to Hostel operating controls, policies, procedures and service standards.

Handling customer complaints and other issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Responsible for checking social media and answering any questions.

Responsible for posting updated videos and content on social media channels.

Candidate must be -
