หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Design and control the project schedule
Identify project risk/issue, provide action plan/mitigation plan to solve problems and/or escalate to GC supervisor in a timely manner
Manage day-to-day project management in alignment with GC standard and process
Execute tasks and delegate tasks to project team members
Organize project team meetings and record minute of meeting
Organize and facilitate sessions with related internal and external parties, be able to lead discussion and draw a conclusion
Communicate project’s progress to team members and project stakeholders
Provide regular report. i.e., project progress report, project steering committee presentation, etc.
Develop other project documentations as per assignment
Provide administrative support to project team

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science or other related fields
5-7 years working experience in project management
Experience in digital transformation, and digital tools is a big plus
Strong technical skills and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills including leadership, team building, motivation, communication, influencing, decision-making, awareness, negotiation, trust building, and conflict management
Solid understanding of the business context in chemical, oil & gas industry is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) is required
*Experience in Advanced Analytics (AA) project implementation is a big plus
*Project manager for Plant Project, experience in plant application/tool implementation, understanding in chemical, oil & gas industry and plant process is strongly required
