หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Full cycle of Talent management:
- Partner with Executive team to comprehend and identify company purpose, value, goal, core competency and need.
- Be responsible for full cycle of Human resource management - Talent management from planning to execution which covering:
▪ Human resource management
▪ Talent management
▪ Recruitment and selection
▪ Remuneration and reward management
▪ Performance management
- Design strategies that are associate with company value, business goal and our competitive resource.
- Translate strategies into execution; lead, delegate, monitor HR team and other relevancies in execution process.
- Evaluate execution effectiveness for learning and continuous improvement.
- Ensure that talent management, talent development, company goal/direction are aligned and synergic to each other.
- Deliver a timely report on plan and progress of Talent management.

• Full cycle of Talent Development:
- Partner with Executive team and employees to understand their needs, analyze current obstacles, foresee upcoming problems, identify their strengths/potentials to progressively handle, provide proper tools and design development.
- Be responsible for full cycle of Human resource development
– Talent development from identifying need/problem/resource, planning strategy to tackling and initiating impactful changes which covering:
▪ Individual development: strength
-weakness analysis, life and career goal, productivity, way of work, individual characteristic and attribution, behavior, mindset etc.
▪ Career development: talent gap analysis, training need, learning and development, career path, succession plan etc.
▪ Organization development: job analysis, job design, organization structure, workflow, team functionality and relationship, internal communication, leadership development, employee engagement, knowledge management, organization culture, organizational change etc.
