• Designing and developing Web-based application which implement MVC (Model-View-Controller) concept. • Coding follow defined requirement specification • Creating database schema that represent and support business processes • Code review & Unit Testing • Test and check all possible errors and bugs • Good Teamwork & Control the project according to timeline • Server & Network Set-up & Performance Monitoring • Able to work under pressure & time constraint • Able to planning, allocating and monitoring task with Junior programmer

- Must work very closely with hiring managers to ensure that they adequately understand the needs of the manager and the requirements and expectations of the job - Source and Recruit candidates using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media, while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job. - Schedule all interviews and then prepare and advise their candidates beforehand. Review resumes, cover letters, and assess interview performance. Must also complete all pre-screening and screening activities for prospective employees, which may include calling previous employers and completing background screens. - Facilitate a smooth on-boarding process for new employees will administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees as well as assist with the orientation process. They work closely with the Human Resources department during this phase - Must have in-depth knowledge of the industry in which they recruit. Include having previously worked in that industry or attending educational seminars, networking, and industry events in order to gather such knowledge, as well as learning from hiring managers.

Qualifications: • Thai Nationality ONLY • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Information Technology or related fields. • At least 3 years of experience in System Analyst. • Experience in software development using JAVA technology. • Knowledge in Java framework such as Spring, Hibernate, Web Sphere etc. • Good command of both written and spoken English. • Knowledge of CMM, CMMI is a plus. • New graduate are welcome.
