หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Summary Job Purpose:

To perform field operation activities in assigned region, in order to ensure reliability of network quality, as well as site readiness

Principal Accountabilities:
• Analyze root cause of incidents and perform corrective maintenance, 1st and 2nd line supporting activities for incidents at BTS, Node B and BSC sites (e.g. site down, TRX down, external alarm) in responsible areas, as well as guide junior engineers along the processes, to restore network services as soon as possible
• Coordinate with external parties, such as CAT, PEA, Landlord in regards to network improvement issues and equipment installation certification to constantly provide quality network
• Document and report immediate supervisor of inspected conditions of sites, towers and buildings, in order to gain authorization for (if any) necessary maintenance or repairing activities
• Develop work plan and work-log of field operation in responsible areas, to support the development of integrated work plan and consolidated work-log of field operation
• Identify and respond appropriately to network problems, allocating or escalating them as necessary in order to restore system integrity
• Implement normal field operation projects in order to ensure completion of the project
• Provide instructions for the performance of specific tasks and routine tests on the network/systems to ensure that appropriate procedures are correctly adhered
• Report all issues/variances with planned work to ensure any activities outside normal procedures are communicated in a timely and accurate manner
• Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level
• Perform technical and engineer supporting activities for radio network rollout and optimization (including upgrade/ degrade cell sites, integrate new/ relocate sites, drive test, and operation readiness) in responsible areas, to enhance reliability and quality of network
• Plan and perform the work procedures for the implementation of technical activities, to ensure quality of work
• Perform or coordinate with relevant parties both internal and external periodic preventive maintenance and site inspections for sophisticated network and facilities elements, which require high technical knowledge and expertise to maintain quality network and actively respond to detected problems in responsible areas

Location: North (Phisanulok)

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication engineer, Electrical engineer or any related field.
• Have experience in telecom network is preferable.
• Be able to work in Samutsakorn, Samutsongkram provinces or any assign location.
• Good understanding Radio Access Network(GSM, LTE)
• Good understanding in IP Network / Transport network
• Excellent communication skill
• Good Command of spoken and written English
• Able to work in upcountry (depend on task)
• Strong engineering skills
