หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing equipment.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and assist with energy management.
• Oversee security of buildings and track work.
• Optimize utilization to delivery targets with cost, quality, and services.
• Manage effective Preventive Maintenance plan and adequate spare parts supply.
• Build manufacturing service and maintenance team to work with efficient for target achievement.
• Manage & Control and of Repair & Maintenance cost.
• Manage contractors to ensure they meet company requirements, rules and regulations.
• Manage, coach and mentor to Engineer, Foreman and Technicians to achieve of their development skill planning

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor's degree or higher-level qualification in mechanical or civil engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in related industry, 5 years in Maintenance operation and management.
• Strong knowledge in mechanical and civil maintenance and technology, Experience in Mass Transit is an advantage.
• Be able to use Autocad.
• Strong leadership skill (supervising, coaching, analysis and problem solving) and good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Have knowledge and experience of 5S, Safety Management Level ,Kaizen activity is preferable.
• Good command of English.
