หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1 Maintains design and installation standards for all Telecommunication works
2 Monitors and control the performance and condition of the Telecommunication works. Analyses the variations and implement alterations/improvement where necessary to improve or maintain system performance.
3 Supervises and monitors the performance of external Contractors and Technical Advisors and expedites the administration of their contracts.
4 Co-operates with the relevant Divisions regarding operational, maintenance, and system interfaces to ensure non interruption of services.
5 Assists in the resolution of major incidents, if necessary
6 Participates in design, installation, test and commissioning activities of Telecommunication works where necessary
7 Reports works progress and associated problems and provide analysis and recommendations to solve problems including preventive measures where necessary.
8 Liaise with internal and external agencies as required.
9 Identifies and resolves outstanding and latent defects of Telecommunication works.
