หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Responsible in planning, drive and monitor team to achive thier target to invite business owner to joine online workshop (Digital Trianing)

1. Execute joint strategic directions from the planning and client team
2. Regional oversight on cities assigned on daily activities to ensure targets are achieved
3. Handling of all issue escalations related to cities assigned
4. Defining weekly deployment plans for the team related to the cities assigned
5. Performance achievement against target reviews. Manage overall training targets and provide weekly reporting
6. Ensure cross-function collaboration within team is smooth - collaterals, sourcing, performance, facilitator coordination, platform/venue setup, asset issue
7. Assist with mobilisation efforts
8. Ensure quality controls are properly implemented
9. Performing as per assigned.

Remark:
1. Cities assigned are Bangkok and Chiang Mai
2. Must travel to Chiang Mai, if necessary.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Minimum 5 years experience Prior experience in sales. As Sales Manager / Supervisor in technology, FMCG, telco sectors.
- Min as Junior manager for 1 year
- Managed sales team of at least 10 people before.
- Spoken and written english capability
- Willingness to traveling across country if required
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Accustomed to working with targets and under pressure
- Technologically savvy - able to work with computers / MS-Word, Excel, PPT etc..
- Good Leadership Skills, Communication Skills and Teamwork Skills
- Understand budgeting and reporting
