หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Job Description:
Lead and implement health program that consist of pre-work check- up ,job change and transfer and annual check-up.
Manage and control medical centre to achieve or above standard. (doctor,nurse,ambulance,medicine)
Manage return to work programs.
Perform heath promotion,rise awareness and training
Prepared yearly health report with the government.
Perform yearly work place monitor ( sound ,light ,heat ,chemical ,radiation ,drinking water,food hygiene ) and control vendor operations .Submit the report and purpose to the management for the improvement.
Lead the hearing loss conservation project.
Perform radiation management programs.Permit and license . Radiation safety officer registeration and yearly report to the government.
Facilitate safety signage for control restrict area.
Perform Hygiene promotion for rising awareness and training
Survey and assessment for Industrial Hygiene Parameter Matrix (What measurements are acceptable in each area)
Update & Improve Industrial Hygiene Parameter Matrix from MOC
Execute Industrail Hygiene awareness project and activity (Awareness)
Reporting Industrail Hygiene KPI
Implement standard for Radiation/Sound sign and equipment support production(PR/PO)
Communicate measurement results and analysis with relevant parties for Awareness (Email, SHE Committee)

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational health and safety or related field
At least 3 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety system. Background in manufacturing or jewelry manufacturing
Experience with Safety and health management, compliance and implementation
Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Have certificate in confine space, radiation, gas controller, hazard substance storage etc.
Have experience and certified about OHSAS 18001, ISO14001, RJC, Disney or related standards
Strong analytical thinking
Training and coaching skill
Good coordination skill
Rational Problem Solving and Decision Making
Strong communication skills in Thai & English both of spoken & written and leadership skills and good attitude.
Good command on computer skill
Ability to work for 6-month contract
