หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Operation & Documentation
- Check Order & Follow up order from PC and Store Manager.
- Monitor customer PO, RTV (Return) daily from customer EDI system --> Print to process.
- Monitor and check aging stick, Foresee aging, bad dept stock by store (118 stores) monthly.
- Requested new store open document from buyer.
- Visit store by store to clear stock loss with PC and store manager.
- Follow up payment for each department store.

Coordinate with Group SEB & Agency & B2B
- Coordinate with Sales and PC in term of order and delivery store by store.
- Receive and follow up agency and B2B order and PO.
- Monitor and coordinate sampling and POSM for department store event, plaza and Expo event with Agency and PC.
- Issue document to each department store to request agency to check stock by store.

Order & Logistics
- Monitor customer PO, RTV daily from customer EDI system and print to process to Customer Service
- Do ZRR form to clear RTV (Sales return for aging stock, stock lost) by paper.
- Check and follow up delivery schedule for each PO with Customer Service team.
- Issue open new account document and send the request internal.

Finance and Sales return
- Issue release Credit limit, Credit over due document request.
- Dispute customer promotion and expense (TS) with controller.
- Follow up open new account status, release credit limit and overdue request status.
- Check CN availability status for each store.
