หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Responsibility
• Configure and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, network
connection and operating system
• Work with client to prevent and remediate virus infection on user’s
equipment
• Troubleshoot problem of using office application e.g. Microsoft
Office, Adobe, Web browser etc.
• Provide support on smart phone, tablet e.g. synchronization, software update, etc.
• Escalate incident to next higher level of support (Adecco or Client
or 3rd Party) when an incident cannot be resolved by Adecco IT
support Staff
• Coordinate with hardware/ software service provider related
problems of desktop, laptop, printer, anti-virus software and related
technology equipment
• Work with and be trained by client IT team to support in-house
applications (if any)

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer
Science or equivalent
• Good English communication skill
• Minimum 1 years in IT support or New grad
• Self-starter with strong-self-management skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to support general IT issue as helpdesk
• Ability to support specific company program and app
• Willingness to sometimes work unsociable hours
• Having networking skill will be more considered
