หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for all processes of HRD such as arrangement of training program, deliver orientation for
New staff, documentation records and report for training & development performance report.
• Help and support in arranging training program; provide training facilities and materials for each of the training course.
• Well organize and facilitate general administration work to provide efficiency support to the operation of the company.
Act as HR business partner to employees providing advice and guidance on HR and other matters.
• Coordinate with relevant function to give the solution for specific Human Resources Management and solve issue raised from each function.
• Communication between the organization and employees.
•To se lect and screen qualified candidates from effective sourcing channels.
• To give a comment recommendation based on competency analysis approach on each candidate’s profile when submitting short-lists to Manager.
• Conducted in the selection process, including selection of applications, testing, and interview.
• Conducted new employee orientation and OJT record.
• Follow up on the evaluation of the trial of the employees.
• Report performance monthly HR.
