หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
• 4 - 7 years. Radio depot work, radio repair, Upgrades, troubleshooting, programming, cleaning equipment, collecting documentation, serial numbers, model number and features.
• Knowledge of telecommunication test equipment, like, Service Monitors, Watt Meters. Windows Office experience, Mechanically inclined, Computer knowledge, Capable of following procedures, Radio knowledge helpful.
• Managing Spares and Repairs Keeping all asset and incident data accurately updated Understanding the skills and availability of engineers/technicians
• Dealing with customer questions and evaluating problems effectively Stock level monitoring, replenishment, goods issue, receipt and shipment, stocktaking and audit control.
• This would include the transportation of equipment to and from the Clients premises.
• Ensuring all work is carried-out in accordance with specifications and procedures.
• Wish to hire a technician can perform repair, the shipment of equipment to and from the Clients and Hub Malaysia, admin managing Spares and Repairs Keeping all asset and incident data accurately updated
