หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
• Troubleshooting and servicing of equipment for APV and other range of F&B products.
• Supervision/ support on installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and servicing equipment, customer liaison and document management
• Monitoring the progress of contracts with the relevant workshop(s) and supplier(s), and arranging for delivery of the deliverables contracted for the Customer’s site.
• Assist the Company in the sales of service job.
• Assist the Company in the sales of Spare Parts.
• Attending to and addressing the complaints for the Company’s customers.
• Any such matters as the Company may require the Service Engineer to be responsible for in relation to the Company’s projects from time to time.

• Demonstrates a general understanding of homogenizer design
• Able to understand information from instruction manual and perform servicing of mechanical equipment.
• Is results-oriented, focused on task completion and issue closure.
• Is able to analyze information and prioritize issues and activities.
• Formulates and implements pragmatic solutions to issues.
• Must have the ability to manage diverse volume of work and manage appropriate priorities which involve a high frequency of change.
• Strong computer skills including expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to remain extremely professional, composed and competent in multi-task, rapid change environment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Possess relevant tertiary education with technical discipline. Two to four years of experience in the field or in a related area.
