• Develop and implement for HR strategy in line with the business plan and analyst organization development strategy to align with business goals
• Lead the creation and design organization development initiative such as
o Core values
o Competency Development
o Performance Management System
o Leadership development
o Career Development
o Talent and succession planning
o Employee engagement
• Set up annual training plans and Conduct training needs analysis with input from business heads
• Developing people in a cross-cultural setting and initiating and implementing organizational change
• Contributes to HR team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Strong team management with good interpersonal skill
• Strong Visionary and Strategic thinking
• Results oriented
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good English
