หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1. Create rough cuts and determined the exact cutting for the next and final stages; reorder and tweak content to ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the film/video
2. Assemble all raw digital footage
3. Be able to take a job from start to finish (rough cut, fine cut, color correction)
4. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro; evaluate and select scenes for dramatic and entertainment qualities and story continuity
5. Cut video segments to specified lengths; reassemble in sequences that create desired impact and feel; determine the need for and means to produce added effects
6. Work with motion graphic designers to incorporate into final video
7. Use editorial judgment to create high quality videos
8. Experiment with new and innovative editing techniques
9. Up to date knowledge of current file codecs and frame size
10. Maintain a library and archive of all content
11. Collaborate with video + content team and improve existing series

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
1. Diverse visual style with strong sense of composition
2. Ability to quickly learn new production tools and news shooting styles
3. Passion for editorially-driven, non-fiction filmmaking
4. Technical competency with major digital video cameras
5. Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)
6. BS degree in film studies, cinematography or related field.
7. Creative mind and storytelling skills.
8. Live experience (Facebook live or livestream)
9. Past experience with new media outlet
10. Directing experience
