หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Provide overall direction on daily production schedules, as per customers, number of orders, number of SKUs and SKU requirements
- Drive the weekly production meetings and present the orders, special requirements, shipments, timelines and priorities
- Work daily with key department managers to plan and discuss raw material and technical issues, prioritize and deliver scheduled shipments
- Ensure compliance with each department estimated dates of completion and challenges as per sales order and as per SKU
- Operate and share communication of production briefings and ensure information consistency within all departments
- Compile systematic, factual and consistent reports to the COO and the CEO of Artinian Co., Ltd.
- Act as a bridge between the CS, design, goldsmith, setting and logistics departments to discuss details and ensure process efficiency
- Pay attention on unplanned changes and find immediate solutions for completion.
- Monitor and assess schedule flows, identify delay risks and mitigate by active involvement and communication.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of in-process items and track any shortcomings
- Support the role of each department member to ease inter-departmental deadlock
- Evaluate and improve production processes based on work breakdown methods
- control, manage the parts production system and check the amount of raw materials to be at an appropriate and sufficient level for production.
- Design production planning the process by develop Microsoft Excel Macro.
- Monitoring Input-Output by process for achieve target
- Control WIP and buffer stock in each process and control to production capacity
- Summary report output monthly for analysis the data and report dashboards MS. Excel
- Summary report employee performance monthly for analysis the data
