RESPONSIBILITIES:

-This role will be responsible for the end-to-end selling, consultation and booking of group and tailored FIT trips. This will include product development, itinerary building and customer service, based on the PEAK DMC minimum standards, company philosophies and operational systems.

-Providing customised product that leverages market trends and fulfills our client business’s needs, both proactively and on request. PEAK DMC will provide product in both a B2B (business to business) and B2C (direct to consumer) environments. The consultant is the primary contact point for clients and, therefore, must have a full understanding of new and existing product and itineraries.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Previous Sales experience essential, with the ability to achieve high conversion rates
• Strong destination/regional and local travel knowledge
• Significant travel industry experience, ideally with adventure travel
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships
• Fluent Thai and English language skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to accurately use systems and follow processes to provide a quality customer experience
