หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1.Collect, co-ordinate, analyse and appraise business data and market information retrieved from available sources (Research, SAP, Enpro, etc.)
2.Ensure continuous reporting process and information update in place and on time reports deliverable
3.Provide analysis and reporting processes in order to assist management and other departments to make key business decisions
4.Ensure that all necessary business analysis are available, identify sizable key opportunities and avert potentials issues, and provide recommendations based on thorough analysis and presented in the monthly Cycle Meeting.
5.Ensure that the internal system, process and procedure are developed and maintained to support the defined KPIs against their set target for all different sales & marketing stakeholders at field and HQ, taking into account business insights, strategies and plans.
6.Provide Operation team the best usage of the available information; liaise with local / regional teams to support and enhance the in-market reporting tools.
7.Lead relevant functions in the report development, enhancement and integration of reporting tools that were developed locally or available from Regional headquarters.
8.Measure the effectiveness of the deployed programs; analyses results and propose recommendations to existing or for future channel strategies.
9.Provide in-depth category analysis with key customers, utilise category management approach to understand smoker's shopper behaviour, category opportunity, space analysis and project result to overall category and company brands.
10.To succeed in the Business Intelligence Manager job, you will need a minimum 5+ years of experience in market intelligence/research agencies.

-University degree ; major in Statistics, General Business Management or Management Information System, or Marketing.
-FMCG industry experience and multinational companies exposure preferred.
-Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Table/chart, V-lookup, Data Validation, etc.)
-Good knowledge of Audit tools.
-Extensive knowledge on Thai retail landscape, traditional and modern trade channels.
-Good written and spoken English.
