• Dynamic, result oriented and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Manage the daily booking, group quotation, and other travel-related services
• Actively promote company products to the agent
• Knowledge of MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint
• Ability to interact with clients with a strong sense of customer service
