หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Ensure all operation result under responsibility areas including KPI, stock accuracy, operational cost, health and safety, and customer service
- Ensure all procedures are properly documented, understood, and apply by all Employees
- Give direction and work assignments to Employees
- Responsible for condition and safety of all Warehouse and Transport Equipment, products, materials, and property
- Maintain and develop effective stock control process and procedures and Ensure stock accuracy at all times trough effective cycle counting, stock-checks and stock-takes
- Work closely with safety team in pursuit of a safe working environment and compliance to statutory regulations.
- Encourage Team Member input and thought process toward improved customer service
- Continuous improvement in efficiency of all material handling activities
- Develop, support, and conduct Team Member training
- Ensure quality of employee, and equipment image in working environment Contribute to development and justification of budget, and identify and act upon any opportunities for cost reduction
- Maintenance of standardized work schedules.
