หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

The Work Profile:

-Responsible in support and manageIndo-China region operationmatters such as order purchasing, customer service and liaise on shipping &logistics; arrangement.
-Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain function as well as coordination and communication between suppliers, regional offices operation team.
-Processorders accurately and on time submission of related documentsincluding shipping documentations with L/C negotiation for regional business.
-Perform accordance to SAP B1 system and adhere to standard of procedure of supply chain department.
-Liaise with accountdepartment in payment to supplier and payment from customers.
-Perform customer satisfactionwith friendly and responsive to customer/suppliers inquiry, feedback or problems.
Improve supply chain systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission.
-Any ad-hoc duties related to Operation Department.
The Person:
-Degree of Supply Chain Management or related disciplines with4-6 years working experiences, handling regional business will be advantage.

-Experience in SAP B1 is preferred.
-Proficiency in ENGLISH is a must.
-Dedicated team player with the ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
-Demonstrates ability to review and improve work processes so as to achieve better productivity in his/her areas of responsibility.
-Proactive to learning and contribute to organizational goals.
