หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Description:

- Manage the staff in inventory department (20 persons)
- Ensure that daily inventory routines are done efficiently and correctly
- Train staff to minimize mistakes and errors
- Monitor inventory levels using manual or computerized inventory systems
- Review compiled inventory reports (quantity, type and value of materials, and equipment and stock on hand)
- Ensure that the inventory information in our database system is up to date and correct

Qualifications:

- Male/female; age between 30-35; living area should be close to Bang Yai/Nonthaburi
- College Graduated or Bachelor Degree is minimum requirement
3-5 years of experiences in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with warehouse, stock or inventory environment with high SKU number
- Able to define, control and improve processes for inventory
- Good computer skills (Database, Microsoft Office)
- Good English skills (able to communicate to foreigners)

ความรับผิดชอบ:

- บริหารจัดการพนักงานทั้งหมดในแผนกคลังสินค้า (20 คน)
- ควบคุมดูแลสต๊อกสินค้าประจำวันให้เป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ฝึกอบรมพนักงานเพื่อลดความผิดพลาด
- ควบคุมระดับสต๊อกสินค้าด้วยตนเองและโดยการใช้โปรแกรมควบคุมสต๊อก
- ทบทวนรายงานสต๊อกสินค้า (จำนวน ชนิด มูลค่าของวัตถุดิบ เครื่องมือเครื่องใช้และสต๊อกคงเหลือ)
- ตรวจสอบและติดตามข้อมูลของคลังสินค้าในระบบ database เพื่อให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบันอยู่เสมอ

คุณสมบัติ:

- ชาย/หญิง อายุ 30-35 ปี ควรมีที่พักอาศัยอยู่ในอ. บางใหญ่ จ. นนทบุรีหรือใกล้เคียง
- วุฒิปวส. หรือปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานกับระบบการจัดเก็บสินค้าคงคลังที่มีขนาดเล็กและปริมาณมากๆ
- สามารถกำหนด ควบคุม และพัฒนากระบวนการจัดเก็บสินค้าให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
- มีทักษะทางคอมพิวเตอร์ขั้นพื้นฐาน (Database, Microsoft Office)
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษกับชาวต่างชาติได้
