Job description

Planning and strategic management for candidates selection and recruiting
Act as a link between the Thai Labor Department and the Company
Manage and develop efficiently our resources and recruitment channels inside and outside the Company.
Control all HR procedures, organize activities, improve corporate identity
Develop training plans for existing and new staff
Update database, statistics, employment recruiting and employment expenses-administrative expenses (Cost Efficiency).
Manage and control every aspect of the payroll and the time attendance.
Lead the Human Resource Department
