หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
•To organize, supervise and monitor for building design, drawings during construction and commissioning process
•To ensure the projects are aligned with the project scope, budget, design, quality, safety, related regulations and timeline
•To determine the requirements of method statements for construction, number of workers/equipment and material supply to meet budget and project development schedule.
•To coordinate with Designers, Consultants, Contractors, Neighbors and all related parties.
•To collaborate with teams and all related parties for good decision-making, to meet the practical engineering, budget and timeline.
•To review and study drawings and calculation, including architectural and construction material for good quality and budget control.
•To propose VE during design and construction process.
•To analyze material and construction costs from contractors and suppliers.
•To monitor the construction progress and report to the executive

- ประสบการณ์งานด้านวิศวกรรมก่อสร้าง 8 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Auto CAD ได้
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Project โรงแรม หรืออาคารสูงจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์และความรู้ด้านงานสถาปัตย์ภายใน และงานระบบ
- ระยะเวลาสัญญาจ้างถึงกุมภาพันธ์ 2565
