หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Responsibilities
1. Make a market survey of existing outbound tour packages
2. Design/create tour packages
3. Calculate cost against selling price
4. Propose/sell group tour packages to existing customers, agents and companies
5. Coordinate with overseas tour operators
6. Ensure that all travel arrangements such as flight details, accommodation, meals and tour itineraries are according to plan
7. Advise customers of necessary documents and other pertinent information prior to departure
8. Conduct the tour as needed
9. Follow up on customers for any feedback on the tour
10. Maintain good customer relation
11. Attend tour events, seminars ,workshops, exhibitions or any related events
12. Perform other duties as required
คุณสมบัติ
เพศ : ชาย , หญิง
อายุ(ปี) : 22 - 32
ระดับการศึกษา : ปวส. - ปริญญาโท
ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 2ปีขึ้นไป
อื่นๆ : ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
Degree in Travel and Tourism Management or any related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience
Good English both in speaking and writing
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good customer service skills
