Job Responsibilities:
Role and Responsibilities (Overall key responsibilities from helicopter point of view)
Implement SSD Strategy on "Goods & Services" category, particularly factory support Support local business

Main Duties and Functions:
- Implement Local Sourcing Strategies for category: develop, present and implement strategy (ies)
- Have ownership of local category: market analysis, spend analysis, internal needs, TCO, cost models
- Secure Supply: risk analysis, dual sourcing, contingency planning, quality, service level
- Implement local Productivity Projects (Booster) and fill pipeline
- Innovation: capture innovation from suppliers, contribute to and implemnet local innovation projects
- Able to work with X-functional and X-divisional improvement projects on responsible category
- Manage Supplier Selection and Contracting: develop Supplier Selection Action Plan, lead and execute tenders and negotiations on price, terms & conditions
- Negotiate, implement and deliver Contracts (incl GTC's and SCoC) including local implementation, contract compliance, supplier performance, contract status and balance; resolve issues
- Support Working Capital in categories through payment terms, inventories, lead times, MOQ
- Supplier Relationship Management: maintain and evelop relationships with local suppliers, performance evaluation and feedback
- Sourcing & Supplier Development Strategy: Support global and local SSD projects
- Operation: Handle PR/PO process and other administrtative jobs

Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor Degree / Master Degree is preferred in Business / Engineering / Purchasing & Supply Chain
- 2 years experience in Purchasing and/or material planning & logistic experience will be advantage
- SAP experienced is beneficial
- Purchasing management
- Negotiation / Contract development
- Computer literacy
- Good command of English
- Problem anaglytical skill
- Supply chain management (perferred)
