หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Overall responsibility for the operations and profitability of the business conducted at the branch :
a. Achieve targets related to customer registrations, transactions and customer service
b. Support agents connected to the branch
c. Monitoring and Reporting activities (promotions on fees and fx rates) being conducted by competition in the market area
d. Manage branch staff, including conducting regular training sessions
e. Support marketing campaigns
f. Support new product testing and launch
2. Smooth functioning of the branch with respect to :
a. Processing of Remittance and Money Changing transactions
b. Providing the highest levels of service to all customers
c. Ensuring staff availability during business hours, including weekends
d. Preparing and sending important reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
e. Monitor and ensure KYC, AML/CFT compliance
f. Performing teller role whenever needed, during rush hours or when staff strength is low
g. Settlement and reconciliation cash inflows, outflows and overnight storage
h. Manage security of location & team
3. Work on weekends & public holidays and for long hours, under pressure.
4. Handle a team of 10 to 12 employees, motivate and create a positive working environment for the team.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Experience about 1-5 years of hospitality industry, having managed a team of atleast 5 people.
• Computer skills – Email, Windows based software application and Excel
• Communication skills : Able to speak, read & write Thai and English. Enjoy meeting and serving people at all levels.
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated & detail-minded
• Enjoy multi-task function and team works.
