- A degree in political science, social science, public health or related field. Post-graduate qualifications are preferable;
- Minimum 10 years experience in program development: program & budget management, monitoring & evaluation, advocacy work on HIV/AIDS and other related workfiled. Experience with international organizations is an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills, have high professional standards be self-starting and creative, and be able to handle multi-task with attention to details;
- The ability to work independently, in a small dynamic start-up environment is important.
