หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Area Manager will be managing and motivating shop staff, making sure that the store meets sales targets, managing stock levels and working closely with Area Managers.

Accountabilities:
Managing Roster scheduling for all store staff
Managing product inventory; ensuring the right ordering, product returning, price changing, etc    
Supervising the store open and close time
Monitoring the cleanliness in the store 
Managing the entire team development in the store; ensuring the required training and development programs are in place for store staff
Recruiting and selecting the right store staff
Preparing shop sales report on daily, weekly, monthly basis, as well as sales competitor ranking of each shop in the area
Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
Taking care of the interests of the members in the assigned store
Ensuring the entire team works in harmony, and are supportive to each other
Recording all issues occurred in the store, including stock lost and preparing the report
Communicating and updating information on rules, regulations, policies to all store staff
Ensuring and displaying counter in relation to company visual merchandising guideline
Professional Background/ Experience:
Functional: Minimum 3 years of retail store operation
 Industry: Preferably in retail/apparel/ fashion/ fashion accessories/cosmetic. (Other relevant industries are also welcome)
Exposure: Fashion
Language skills: English: Intermediate
