หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Responsible for a variety of cost, inventory, payable of inventory and factory expense, general ledger duties and play a key role in providing organizational leaders with accurate, timely financial information for decision-making.

•Verify all inventory-invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment, liaising with Operations in ensuring approval/ authorization of invoices and liaising with Procurement on Price / Quantity variances to be resolved prior processing of invoice payments
•Assist in month-end closing, manage timely completion of month-end closing tasks (inventory adjustment, journal entries, and analytics) and account reconciliation supervision as it relates to COGM cost centers and inventory accounts, order settlement, material ledger, and inventory accounts.
•Control Stock Movement transaction; such as, check and control all processes of RM, Goods Received and stock movement among warehouses, etc.
•Ensure all cost and inventory transactions have been done correctly as Accounting Standard and comply with local tax regulation.
•Prepare monthly inventory and related reconciliations, investigation and reconciliation of inventory variances
•Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, analyze inventory evaluation
•Co-ordinate for an annual physical stock count in line with audit requirements (including setting guidelines on documents and cut-off for physical stock count).
•Investigation and reconciliation of inventory variances from counting to month end
•To support department need for ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
•Verify and ensure the accuracy of all works from subordinate.
•Maintain effective relationships with operations management
•Ensure consumption used for each production type.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Thai nationality, Female or Male, Age 30 – 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting
- Working experience in a multinational manufacturing company is preferred
- Understanding of inventory related best practices
- Extensive working knowledge of Excel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics AX a plus
