หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Responsible for the performance and development of the account executives
2. Build relationships and drive business through regular, new account and prospects
3. Manage purchasing order requisition with key parties ; accounts, finished good inventory , support sales, accounts and finances
4. Conducts one-on-one review with all account executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of account executive’s sales and activity performance
5. Contact accounts and conduct on-going analysis of competition’s pricing actions, sales volume, trends, consumer promotion, advertising activity and tracking studies.
6. Controls accounts promotion pricing, margin and selling expenses to meet budget guidelines
7. Update actual expenses (Mail + Display, Special Discount, Listing Fee, Duration Fee, Promotion Redemption and etc.) to monitor trade marketing budget.
8. Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports
9. Provides sales weekly, monthly account updates, performance presentation to management
