หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Plan, execute and complete full procurement cycle for technical items including projects including

1. Identification of all requirements in requisition for purchase issued by user
2. Issuance of Purchase order
3. Maintain the BOQ with updates from suppliers until after awarding the contract
4. Receiving the price quotations. (competitive quotes)
5. Tracking and expediting of Shipment
6. Handle Delivery and inspection of items. Assist in Insurance claims, if any
7. Storage and handling on site, prior to use, during installation and commissioning and closure of any surplus/defective materials after the completion of the project
8. Keep updated with market developments and assist in Vendor Development
9. Report on budget versus Actual performance on project-wise basis
10. Arrange and participate in meetings between suppliers and Company engineers and other personnel to facilitate standardization and economical procurement.
11. Assist Tendering and Costing Department as required

Skills

1. Experience in an engineering, procurement and operations
2. Effective verbal and written communication skills
3. Proficiency with personal computers and networking, specifically Microsoft Excel
4. Ability to analyze bills of material and drawings to understand key requirements
5. Knowledge and direct experience in negotiating contracts and quotations with Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers
6. Ability to identify cost reduction opportunities
