Handle existing distributors for maintain relationship, deal with complaints, offer new products, create promotion, manage stock, follow up order and payment to achieve monthly target. Responsible for end-to-end sales operations in specific region. Liaise with internal team for stock planning, shipping instruction and scheduling to ensure the effectiveness of delivery to be on time in full. Seek for opportunity and open new market to increase sales. Monitor competitors in each market and product. Manage documents related to sales and others as allocated by the line managers.

Conduct a study and development in quality assurance process, calibration and verification of measuring instruments Analyze technical data to support related teams i.e., sale, marketing, production, others Support in-house production, outsource products, and quality improvement to ensure product quality Support and analyze root cause of customer claim and complaint Conduct technical training of quality assurance Other work as assigned

- Arrange the export shipping document (Invoice & Packing list, or related documents) and control all required documents accurately and in a timely. - Coordinate with shipping agencies and customers for import/export process with all local and foreign customs privileges - Ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry. - Solve problems by cooperating with the concerned department

Designing molds and equipment in production processes (Press and Blow) that can produce a high volume of products while minimizing material usage and production times. Reviewing blueprints, drawings, or other design specifications to determine how to translate them into molds. Working closely with Marketing and Product Designer to determine needs and requirements for New Product Development (NPD). Performing other tasks/projects as necessary to aid the company policy.
