1.Manage and direct the implementation of an overall commercial strategy, and play a role in corporate decision making on a continuing basis.(Sales & marketing for domestic & Export 2.Prepare annual budgets and plans for the commercial department so that it has sufficient resources to achieve its agreed objectives. 3.Direct the formulation and implementation of a marketing policy that enables the Company to achieve its growth objectives in relation to products,markets, promotions and advertising. 4.Direct and control commercial operations so that agreed targets and objectives for sales are achieved. 5.Establish and ensure the implementation of pricing and stocking policies, which will achieve the profitability objectives of the company. 6.Develop and implement co-operative operations with other new products to establish new market and new application for both domestic and export market to improve profitabiliry 7.Direct and control the development of the product ranges to achieve planned market share objectives. 8.Ensure that the sales office provides a high quality, cost effective and responsive service to customers and the rest of the organization. 9.Monitor and develop subordinates and sales forces to develop the effective skill base in the area and ensure the targets can be achieved.
