-Coordinate the preparation of forms. Details and plans to take care of the building. and maintenance facilities, according to the roadmap and requirements of the authorities.
- Monitor and control infrastructure and facilities of the office building to the availability and security.
- Check the security of utilities including water, electricity and telephone facilities were convenient elevator access. and backup power generator.
- The prepared document quality. And present a report to the Supervisors acknowledge
- Other assignments from supervisor.
