หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

-Prepare and continually update Presentation Training Materials and Practice for the Operations Department& Keep up to date on any changes or amendments to policies and procedures and relevant to the training materials.
-Keep up to date on training record ,prepare and gathering the result of Training Evaluation and maintain the file of all documentation in relation to relevant training conducted both in-house and public training which including operation staff training internally.
-Support and directly to Assistant division manager trainer to monitoring the staff in order to ensure that all staff is training in effective techniques for new employee and adaptation to changes in policies, procedures, best practices and technologies.
-Develop new template and access to information / data in knowledge base & Ensure data are complete and up to date and Develop effective orientation program or activities to maintain new-hire engagement with organization
-Setup training calendar coordinate with participants and Facilitate internal training sessions
-Perform training database administration and report.
-Design and develop schemes to improve and evaluate the organization training and development programs.

Education : Bachelor Degree or higher in HRM, HRD ,Psychology Organization Development Bussiness Administration or any related field.
Work Experience : At least 1-5 years experience in E-Learning .Training and Technical trining background background
Other Qualification :
• Fluent in English Writing Reading Speaking Listening
• Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivation .enyhusiastic,result-focused ,imitative to new ideas.teamwork and wiiling to lean
• Interpersonal Skills and Good Coordination
• Able to work multi tasks simultaneously and under pressure
Salary : Depend on Experience
Work Location: Head Office, Soi Ladprao 28, Ratchadaphisek Road, Bangkok, Thailand.
