หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

We are looking for 1-2 staff members to join Instinct (Thailand) Co., Ltd. In the
beginning, one person will be responsible for communicating with Siam Sport and
sharing the information with INC Group (Japan/Taiwan). Also, he/she will oversee
the operation in Thailand. The second person will be responsible to research the
Thailand market and create/monetize new business. Depending on their skill set,
he/she will be responsible for creating an inspiring team environment with an open
communication culture. For both roles, Japanese language skill set is a nice-tohave
(not necessary), the priority goes to a staff of high quality and skills set.
Below is the detailed description of their job roles:
Job Role:
** In general, "person # 1" will have the role to become the bridge that connects
countries, for example, someone who can communicate in depth with Siam Sport
(Thailand) and share the accurate information with INC member (Japan/Taiwan),
also vice versa. He/she will ensure that all workings are carried out in a correct,
cost effective and timely manner. This person preferably has an experience living
abroad in Japan and can speak/understand Japanese.
Preferred Job Experience: Over 3 years of experience, working as an operation
assistant/manager. Also experience conducting translation through previous job is
preferred.
** For "person # 2", they will oversee marketing/business development. We are
looking for someone who can research the industry we want them to look into and
can become an expert in it. He/she will be responsible to research the market,
understand the business opportunities and come up with business plans.
Depending on skill set, we might assign him/her as a team leader to manage our
team and provide effective guidance, such as supervising, managing and
motivating team members.
Preferred job experience: Over 3 years of experience working in marketing division
or sales/business development division. Also experience working as a leader for a
team is preferred.
Requirements:
* It can be split between two people or one person who can do everything
(1) Coordinate with INC Group and communicate with clients and business
partners efficiently.
(2) Accurately share information and knowledge with INC members
(3) Conduct market research (primarily food & beverage industry and potentially
others).
> Understand market size (number of consumers, sales figures, growth history,
etc.).
> Understand notable players/companies in the industry.
> Understand market potential and expectations for certain industry or brand.
> Understand the requirements and laws for foreign brands who wish to enter
Thailand market.
(4) Guide and assist clients visiting from abroad.
(5) Operation: Able to do translation (text or spoken) between English and Thai.
Priority goes to an individual who can do Japanese and Thai or furthermore,
someone who can do all 3 languages.
(6) Marketing/Business Developer: Must be able to communicate (written and
spoken) in English and Thai. Priority given to candidates with Japanese skills.
(7) Willing to communicate / work with local or foreign clients and customers.
(8) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google mail, and other standard computer
and mobile device operations, etc.
