หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Carrier and Co-loader Relationships

Build and maintain relationships with ocean carriers and co-loaders both Air and Sea.
Monitor and control core carriers and co-loaders; coordinate local performance reviews and consolidate performance feedback for review meetings based on guidelines.
Manage space allocations where applicable.
Rate Support and Management (LCL & FCL & AIR)

Assist with RFQ when necessary.
Assist in day to day requests from both external and internal agents.
Update quotations for overseas agents.
Update rate register for sales and operations.
Carrier Related Issues within operations or sales

Booking & Assist in carrier-bookings when encountering constraints that cannot be solved at the operational level.
Assist in solving any carrier related problems or issues that can’t be solved by the operations officers.
Thailand Market Support

Capture market information such as port congestions, space restrictions, etc. and update the sales team.
Understand services in the market and the competitive advantages of one or other liner or airline and provide this information to the team.

-Experience in Export-Import of Sea Freight and Air Freight at least 2 Year. Or experience in similar field.
-Service minded, able to work with team, able to work under pressure.
-Able to communicate with overseas agents and foreigner customers. (Able to writing, reading and speaking English)
-Knowledge of Computer at least MS Office and E-mail.
-Good communicate skill and able to negotiate.
