หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Job Summary:-

The Food service Manager is responsible for the performance of all sales activities including

development of sales opportunities in food service areas including hotel, restaurant, and food

business related company.

Responsibilities :-

 To lead, motivate and develop sales team to reach company target.

 To explore different, new, innovative sales channels and expand customer base.

 To work and coordinate with other functions to ensure smooth execution of sale &

business development objectives.

 Successfully and professionally deliver presentations and persuade key clients.

 Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in

consultation with superior.

 Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.

 Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.

 Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.

 Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon

decision-makers.

 Collaborates with the superior to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all

product lines.

 Holds regular meeting with sales staff.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Qualifications:-

 Male/Female, age over 30 years.

 Minimum of bachelor degree in Business or related field.

 Thai Nationality.

 At least 5 years of working experience in food business or sales management.

 Willing to take on challenging tasks and able to work under pressure.

 Self motivated, energetic, result oriented, good communication skill, and service-minded.

 Good command of spoken and written English.

 Computer literate in Ms Office, such as MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Outlook.

 Owned transportation.

 Direct experiences in food service business will be an advantage.
