หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Industrial engineer reports directly to the factory manager in order to ensure the usage of material and production flow beside with the controlling system in order to maximize the output while enhancing production quality
• Coordinating planning, organization, control, and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility
• Implementing, maintaining and enhancing of the standardized material flow and control system in the plant. Coordinates with the production team and engineering team for the system requirement.
• Supporting the production team to solve the problems that occur within the production process while coordinate with the engineering team to analyze the root causes in order to solve the problems.
• Regularly monitoring the status of manufacturing system for all production steps and initiate corrective actions in order to minimize and avoid stock deviations.
• Designing the facilities, equipment and floor plan to maximize the production process while implement cycle time analysis / floor plan layout / line balancing / manpower planning / work instruction and training
• Fully responsible for all design changes both minor and major change until product completely released to production line. Performs problem analysis, minimize, and control process scraps, control indirect materials.
• Training plant users about the standard processes and usage of material flow and control systems based on the company concept.
• Evaluating internal defects and downtime information to form appropriate of improvement.

ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 1ปีขึ้นไป

อื่นๆ : ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่,ยินดีรับผู้ไม่มีประสบการณ์

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in degree in Engineering ; industrial, mechanical, production or related fields
• Be able to lead process concept design and provide solutions while conducting a time study, line balancing, and design production friendly/ robust processes.
• Have expertise in designing process with POKA-YOKE is preferable
• Basic knowledge in electronics circuit or PLC is preferable
• Good IT and arithmetic skills(Proficient in Microsoft office, AutoCAD and SketchUp will be special consideration)
• TOEIC 650 is preferable
• Good analytical skill, positive thinking, self-motivated, and team-player
• Fresh graduates are welcome
