หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. ประสานงานกับแผนก Customer Service ในส่วนของการ Acknowledgement เพื่อจะได้จัดเตรียมการส่งสินค้าให้ตรงกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
2. ทำการ Pick Release , Pick Confirm ในระบบ BPCS ให้ตรงกับ Invoice ที่มาจาก Customer Service ในส่วนของสินค้า Export, และ Invoice ที่ออกโดยตรงผ่าน ระบบ BPCS สำหรับลูกค้าในประเทศ จัดเตรียมตารางการเดินรถขนส่งสินค้าให้รองรับกับปริมาณการส่งของในแต่ละวัน สำหรับลูกค้าในประเทศ
3. แจ้งลูกค้าในประเทศโดยตรง และแจ้งผ่าน Customer Service สำหรับสินค้า Export ในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถส่งของได้ตาม Schedule Ship Date ที่ Customer Service วางไว้ ทั้งนี้ทาง Customer Service จะต้องส่ง Delivery Schedule ที่จะส่งออกในแต่ละวันมาให้
4. ติดตามใบบ่งชี้ จำนวน / ชื่อรุ่น / เลขที่ Invoice /เลขที่ใบสั่งซื้อจาก Customer Service เพื่อนำไปติดสินค้าให้กับลูกค้า Export
5. ติดตามสถานะของรถขนส่งสำหรับลูกค้าในประเทศ เพื่อให้สินค้าไปถึงลูกค้าตรงเวลา ถูกต้อง และตรงกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
6. ประสานงานกับทาง Customer Service, QA และทางลูกค้าในประเทศ ในกรณีมีสินค้าที่ไม่อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน (Product Claim) และต้องการส่งซ่อม หรือเปลี่ยน และดำเนินการจัดส่งให้ลูกค้าเมื่อสินค้าพร้อมส่ง
