หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Responsibilities:
Costing & Inventory:
Gather data required for the update of the standard costs including BOMs, Routing & Cost allocation.
Compute monthly manufacturing costs by product, Record cost of sales and Reconcile with manufacturing costs.
Conduct inventory control, Initiate the inventory cycle count process and Analyze inventory variations, including slow moving stocks, scraps and unusual stock transactions.
Perform analysis of major production costs & involve in cost saving projects.
Work closely with Operation and Warehouse for accuracy & timely of inventory transactions.
Fixed Assets:
Manage fixed assets, Update capital spending and Calculate depreciation.
Assign tag numbers to fixed assets, Record fixed asset acquisitions & disposals in the accounting system and Set the schedule for asset count.
Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed.
Analyze actual spending and CAPEX budget on monthly basis.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

-Bachelor Degree in Accounting with background in Cost Accounting.
-Minimum 7 years working experience in costing and analysis in manufacturing company.
-Experience on standard costing is a must.
-Must have skills in Controlling and Reporting; especially on production cost, variance analysis and reconciliation.
-BPCS or any ERP system is an advantage.
-Good command of English.
