หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Seek & develop new business in line with job & company KPI’s.
- Discuss the briefs with client, analyze and create marketing strategy.
- Work with Strategic Marketing & Strategic Planning teams, helping create marketing campaign & activations that meet the client brief & budget.
- Ability to understand & analyze consumer’s insights, market trends, & all relevant market intelligence.
- Participate in brainstorming, & brief creative team. Understanding client needs & requirements with ability to effectively brief team, & address in client proposal.
- Understand cost structures of different types of campaigns/projects, presenting proposals & discussing cost with clients.
- Negotiating, working, & communicating with clients. Solving problems & making sure deadlines are met.
- Checking & reporting on the campaign's progress.
- Report & communicate current situation & performance to senior executives.
- Attention to detail on all aspects.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
- Bachelor Degree or higher, in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a marketing services agency. Experience implementing marketing campaign & activations (including event, exhibition, roadshow, in-store activities, etc.) for a wide variety of industries ranging from FMCG to luxury products.
- Proactive, self-starter, prioritized & well-organized with analytical ability, to initiate ideas / activities that meet client’s requirement / objectives.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Power Point / Excel / Word / Outlook).
- Professional & pleasant attitude, with excellent interpersonal skills. Service minded.
- Excellent presentation & communication skills in both Thai & English.
- Fluent command of writing & speaking in English a must.
- Cross-cultural mindset. Straight forward & rational in thought & communication with respectful nature.
