Job Description
1. Develops projects delivered on time and within budget
2. Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
3. General duties and responsibilities
4. Provides application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project
5. Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications
6. Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications
7. Maintains, tests and integrates application components
8. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented
9. Analyzes requirements, and translates business requirements into product designs
10. Writes technical specifications and other forms of documentation
11. Suggests technical alternatives and improves/streamlines processes and systems
12. Completes project assignments and special projects commensurate with job expectations
13. Conducts planning, analysis and forecasting activities to plan projects and tasks
